General Contracting Conditions and use of Locker in the City lockers


These general conditions regulate the contracting of Locker in the City lockers (owned by the entity WANDERLUST CORNER SL) through the website as well as its use. Likewise, these conditions regulate the contractual relationship between WANDERLUST CORNER SL (owner of Locker in the City lockers) and the User who contracts the Locker in the City lockers service.


Locker in the City offers its Users the possibility of renting any of its lockers for periods of calendar days (within the hours offered by Locker in the City).

What type of lockers do you offer? Locker in the City?

Locker in the City offers two types of lockers:

  • Small lockers, whose measurements are 30 cm (height) x 40 cm (width) x 85cm (deep). These lockers fit approximately 1 carry-on suitcase and 1 backpack.
  • Medium lockers, whose measurements are 52 cm (height) x 40 (width) x 85 cm (depth). These lockers fit approximately one large suitcase and 1 backpack or up to 3 hand luggage and 2 backpacks.
  • Large lockers, whose measurements are 62 cm (height) x 40 cm (width) x 85 cm (deep). These lockers fit approximately (a) 4 hand luggage (55x40x20 cm) or; (b) a large suitcase (80x55x30 cm).

What can a User bring into his locker?

With the limits established in this document (see , Section Limits on the use of lockers), a User can introduce the packages he wants, within the specified measurements, so as not to overload the locker.

How can a User know if there are Locker lockers in the City?

Through the website, the User will be able to find out the availability of lockers for the days desired by each User.

For how long can the same locker be rented?

The User may contract the locker rental service for a minimum period of 1 day.

When will the User be able to access the locker or lockers he has rented?

The locker rental service will be accessible to the User 24 hours a day, any day of the week .

< p>Therefore, any user who rents a locker for a day must pick up their bags before 11:59 p.m. of the current day.

No, the Locker in the City left-luggage service is a left-luggage rental service. The User may access the rented locker as many times as he wishes or needs during the rental period of the locker(s). What is the price that the User must pay? User by type of locker/day?

The price per locker will be the one indicated on the Web page at the time of contracting, the User being able to benefit from the offers in force at any time.

How are the lockers used?

The lockers offered through Locker in the City are fully automatic. The User may make the reservation through our website, indicating, in addition to their personal data, the number of lockers you want to rent, its size and the reservation period. Once the contract has been completed, the User will receive confirmation of the contract made, the reserved locker number or lockers and their security code to access their locker(s).

Therefore, the User will access your locker through the security code provided by WANDERLUST CORNER SL when making your reservation.

What can the User do if they have any type of incident in the use of the locker?

In the event of a breakdown, blockage or any other type of incident in the use of the locker, the User will have the Locker in the City assistance service available to them by calling the number +34 912 102 382 or by written communication to the following address [email protected].

< h3>Can the User modify his reservation or withdraw from it?

Yes, as long as said modification or withdrawal is made within 24 hours hours in advance of the date on which the service I have reserved begins.


In order to contract the rental of Locker in the City lockers, it is essential that the the following requirements:

  • Having attained or being over 16 years of age.
  • Complete truthfully and accurately the fields indicated in the form that appears in the RESERVATIONS Section of the website (in particular, the following: name and surname, telephone, email, reservation date, rental days, number of lockers to be rented (indicating the size), data necessary to complete the payment, depending on the method of employee payment).
  • Accept these general conditions of contracting the service and use of the lockers.
  • Accept the privacy policy of WANDERLUST CORNER SL, as the owner of the lockers Locker in the City.

Once the contracting process is completed, the User will receive the confirmation confirmation of your reservation both by email and WhatsApp. In said confirmation, the User will be informed of the number or numbers of lockers assigned, the day or days reserved, as well as the access codes to the locker(s).

The form referred to in the previous section, which must be completed by the User, contains the data that WANDERLUST CORNER SL needs to formalize the rental of the Locker in the City lockers by the User as well as to be able to comply with the contractual obligations that will be derived for the parts of the locker service that the User, where appropriate, contract.

The User guarantees that all the information about his identity, as well as about the reservation provided, are true, exact and complete.

The personal data provided will be used to manage the reservation and comply with the obligations derived from the parties of the consignment service. WANDERLUST CORNER SL is entitled to process the personal data provided in the contracting process by the User as they are necessary for the provision of the service. The User, when contracting, expressly consents to the processing of their personal data in the terms detailed here.

On the other hand, WANDERLUST CORNER SL will use the personal data of the Users of the lockers and, in particular, their email to send them commercial communications by email about the services offered by WANDERLUST CORNER SL and its commercial offers. If you do not want to receive commercial communications from TRAVEL LOCKER by email, the User must check the corresponding box in the contracting process. If, on the contrary, you agree to receive commercial communications by email, WANDERLUST CORNER SL informs you that said consent will be revocable at any time.

On the other hand, the User is informed that in Locker stores in the City there are video surveillance cameras. The purpose of these cameras is to control the status of the lockers at all times, as well as the use made by the Users or third parties who access the premises on the lockers, with the aim of providing a better service by WANDERLUST CORNER. SL All Locker in the City stores include the corresponding notices about the video-surveilled area in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on data protection.

WANDERLUST CORNER SL will keep the data User's personal data for as long as it is necessary to provide the service as well as during the period in which it is necessary for WANDERLUST CORNER SL to comply with its legal obligations. After this period, your data will be deleted. On the other hand, in any case, WANDERLUST CORNER SL will keep your data to the extent that your consent to receive commercial communications by email has not been revoked, if you have granted it.


The User, when hiring Locker in the City locker rental services, undertakes, in particular and without limitation:

  1. To use the lockers for the sole purpose of depositing property of your property, which you need to temporarily store in a safe place.
  2. To use the lockers diligently and, in particular, to ensure that the locker has been properly closed when the User leaves the premises (after inserting the packages or removing them).
  3. Not to use the lockers for illegal or unauthorized purposes. In particular, the User undertakes not to store objects whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal (such as stolen objects, drugs, pornographic materials or, in any way, demeaning to human beings, etc.).
  4. < li>Not to deposit any property whose possession requires a license without said license or authorization (such as weapons).
  5. Not to insert in the lockers any type of material that is polluting or dangerous (such as flammable objects or dangerous substances).
  6. Not to use the lockers to deposit animals or any type of living being.
  7. Not to insert food into the lockers, except in the case of packaged food that cannot spill, stain the lockers or produce odors of any kind in the Locker in the City premises.
  8. Not to provide your security key to any third party, being fully responsible for breach of this obligation and its consequences.
  9. Not to use the lockers to deposit goods that must be collected by a third party . Lockers must not be used as a means of trafficking goods between parties. It is a use that is not authorized by WANDERLUST CORNER SL
  10. To access the premises and remain there for the sole purpose of accessing the rented locker room and solely to carry out a specific action in relation to the packages inserted. The User may not remain in the premises longer than is strictly necessary.
  11. Not to eat or drink inside the premises.
  12. To remove the packages inserted in the rented lockers, before 11:59 p.m. on the day your rental ends.
  13. To leave the lockers, at the end of the service, in the same state in which you found them and, in particular, to notify TRAVEL LOCKER through [email protected] any incident that the User encounters in the use of lockers or in their status.
  14. Not to take photographs or videos inside the Locker in the City premises and, in particular and without limitation, not to take photos or recordings of the security mechanisms of the premises.
  15. Not to include in the money, jewelry, technological items (tablets, computers, televisions, etc.) or goods of special value, being the sole and exclusive responsibility of the decision of the user to use the rented lockers to store this type of goods of special value.


The User must maintain indemnify WANDERLUST CORNER SL for the damages derived from the breach of its obligations derived from this contract.

Breach of the rental term

In particular, in the event that the User does not empty the /s rented locker/s on or before the rental expiration date, WANDERLUST CORNER SL will be authorized to access the lockers to remove the stored packages, in order to release them to allow the ordinary use of the same by of the clients of WANDERLUST CORNER SL If necessary, WANDERLUST CORNER SL will temporarily store the packages and will try to contact the User who has breached the rental term to manage the return of the packages to the User (whose cost will be will be assumed 100% by the User). After fifteen days without having been able to contact the User or without the User having contacted WANDERLUST CORNER SL and without having been able to deliver the packages, it will be understood that the goods have been abandoned by the User for all purposes. If necessary, WANDERLUST CORNER SL will stop keeping them, giving them the way out that it deems appropriate or convenient, depending on the type of abandoned goods.

For each day that elapses, from the expiration of the rent, without having released the /s consignment(s) by the User, until it is delivered to the User or collected by the User, an amount equivalent to the price of the non-withdrawn consignment will accrue per day. Additionally, a penalty of €150 will accrue, which the User must pay to WANDERLUST CORNER SL, regardless of the right of WANDERLUST CORNER SL to claim the damages actually suffered.

Unless the User personally proceeds to the collection of the packages, WANDERLUST CORNER SL will manage the shipment of the packages to the User, prior payment of the service to WANDERLUST CORNER SL by the User. In particular, if necessary, the User must pay WANDERLUST CORNER SL €25 per package, in the event that the shipment must be made within the national territory and €50 per package, in the event that the shipment must be made outside of Spain. The delivery will be understood to have occurred from the moment WANDERLUST CORNER SL delivers the packages to the carrier, WANDERLUST CORNER SL not assuming any risk for the transport of the packages.

The return will be made once WANDERLUST CORNER SL has received the payment by the User of the amounts accrued for the delivery of the goods (according to the number of packages and the destination) in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph. If 10 calendar days have elapsed since WANDERLUST CORNER SL has communicated in writing the amount to be paid, the User has not proceeded to such payment, it will be understood that the packages have been abandoned for all purposes by the User, proceeding WANDERLUST CORNER SL in the terms specified above for abandoned goods.

Failure to properly use the lockers

WANDERLUST CORNER SL reserves the right to remove any object that does not comply with the regulations for the use of lockers and is a prohibited object. Should the case arise, WANDERLUST CORNER SL will be authorized to call the police and report the conduct, as well as to remove prohibited objects.

The User will be responsible for the objects inserted in the lockers

In any case, the removal of the prohibited packages will entail a penalty of €150, a penalty that will not exclude the obligation of the defaulting User to indemnify WANDERLUST CORNER SL for the damages actually caused.

Damage caused to the lockers by the Users

The User will be fully responsible for any damage or deterioration that may be caused to the lockers due to improper or inappropriate use. Should the case arise, the User must compensate WANDERLUST CORNER SL for the physical damage caused to the locker(s) as well as for the loss of profits.

In particular and without limitation, the User causing the damage must pay WANDERLUST CORNER SL a penalty of the daily rent per day that the locker is left unused, as well as the cost of repair or replacement, which is quantified in the event of replacement at €1,000, the above regardless of the damages caused .

Payment of penalties

The penalties detailed in this section will be paid by the User with the same means of payment as the one used by the User when contracting the service or by bank transfer to the account indicated by WANDERLUST CORNER SL if required by the User. The User expressly accepts that WANDERLUST CORNER SL proceeds to collect the amounts established in this section using the User's card or means of payment when contracting the service.


< p>WANDERLUST CORNER SL undertakes to keep the locker service active and to make available to the User, during the contracted time, the locker or lockers that the User has hired in good condition.

Likewise, WANDERLUST CORNER SL undertakes to resolve any incident that may arise in the use of lockers as soon as possible.


WANDERLUST CORNER SL offers a Space rental service in lockers, not being responsible for the custody of the packages. The User is solely responsible for the goods included in the rented lockers.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of theft, WANDERLUST CORNER SL has signed an insurance contract in favor of the Users that covers losses due to theft up to a maximum of €250 per locker.

This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and technological objects in general (LCD, GPS navigators , mobile phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards or any other medium that contains data or images.

These General Conditions are governed by by Spanish law. The parties submit to the Spanish jurisdiction to resolve any controversy that may arise in relation to this Contract.
